Created in 2018 on the initiative of the Grand Est Region and the Grand Est Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Grand Est Développement works to promote the region's economic development. The agency is tasked with implementing public policies on innovation and digital, environmental and industrial transformation as closely as possible to businesses and territories.
As a member of the Enterprise Europe Network, the agency helps businesses in the Grand Est region to find European partners and identify sources of European funding.
Grand Est Développement works in partnership with economic development and innovation players. It mobilises and supports these ecosystem partners, who work closely with the local economic fabric.
The agency is also involved in a number of European projects serving businesses and the research and innovation ecosystem, with a particular focus on providers of digital, industrial and environmental solutions.

Isabelle GOURIOU is Project manager Europe - innovation advisor in Grand Est Développement (Grand E-Nov+) regional transformation agency, Grand Est Region of France.
She's working with companies and researchers for 24 years on European projects and industrial property issues within the Entreprise Europe Network (EEN) since 2008 and Innovation Relay Center (IRC), (2001-2008) before.
She has an expertise in Innovation and EU partnership advice: EU Brokerage event organization, Technology and Business Partnerships, access to finance, advices.
