1. Register for the event

   • Register via the ‘Register’ button.

2. Create a profile that showcases who you are and what you are looking for

   • Create a clear and concise profile to gain more visibility on the b2match platform.

   • Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Don’t forget to add a pitch, biography, skills and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

3. Browse profiles of attendees

   • Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the Top Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

4. Check the event agenda

   • Stay up to date with the event agenda to ensure attendance to sessions you are interested in, and use the “Add” tab on the right side of the “Agenda” page to add sessions to your personal platform calendar.

   • The agenda will be updated regularly with session details and speakers until the event start date.

5. Create Opportunities

   • To create and find opportunities click on the “Connect&Collaborate” tab or the Handshake icon on the main page, to check opportunities that may be of your interest.  Click on the “+” button to request a meeting, the Chat button to initiate a conversation or the Flag button to save for later.

   • You can also check out participants' profiles to send meeting requests to individuals/companies you would like to meet during the event. Make sure to send messages to participants you find interesting, introduce yourself and initiate conversations before the event to establish stronger connections.

   • Keep in mind to schedule meetings with participants, you must be registered to the Matchmaking session.

   • A point to remember; 15 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies.

6. My schedule and meetings overview

   • Access your meetings in the ‘My Schedule’ (calendar Icon) tab where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings.
