High grade of Mechanical protection and tightness, typically IP56 but up to IP67 having also a good experience with subsea motors to work under pressure up to 50 bar.

The brakes are designed and manufactured by Obeki for an exact fitting on the motors. Reliable, flexible and robust designs are provided with specifically developed brake discs for Heavy Duty operations and low maintenance

All motors are factory certified with 3.2 certificate of compliance with all the major Classification Societies like BV, DNV/GL, ABS, LRS, RINA, RMRS, NK, CS, KR….mainly applied for motors destined to Essential Services.

Coating against corrosion is also an important point on the supply of these motor:

-          From the process point of view: Sand blasting + Primer application + Intermediate coating + Final layer

-          From the colour code application RAL or other colour scale: Norsok, Munsell….. where Obeki follows always the customer instructions according to each project
