Main cause: lack of systems' interoperability leading to data re-entry, and data reconciliation issues. A $16b productivity market. Docloop provides an AI-based SaaS interoperability platform to seamlessly extract & reconcile data from unstructured documents, such as PDF. It then structures, formats, and sends it to the various systems in the industry such as Akanea TMS, Dispatch TMS, Cargowise, etc.

Aimed at Freight Forwarders, Road Carriers, Customs Declaration Agents, Maritime Companies, and all stakeholders of the supply chain handling vast amounts of documentation, the platform helps automate the creation of transport & transit files, customs declaration, invoice reconciliation, and many more use cases.

Docloop is an early stage start-up, created in May 2022, and is led by industry, data, infra, and B2B SaaS experts, based in France. Docloop was granted 3.2M€ financing by ADEME France 2030 (French ecological transition agency program), has a dozen established clients, multiple TMS partners, is SaaS based (subscription + pay per use) and has been growing it’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) at a 30% monthly rate since September 2023. The company is preparing a seed round for end 24Q4, beginning 25Q1.
