Berdan has a fully integrated factory with hot-cold forging facilities, machining facilities, heat-treatment facilities, surface coating facilities, R&D Center and fasteners sector's the first ISO EN 17025 accredited test laboratory in Turkey. Berdan has 400 qualified employees, 80 of them are engineers and keeps continue to it's activities on 49.000 m² area in Tarsus-Mersin Organized Industrial Zone, Turkey since 1979.

Berdan's heat-treatment facilities are accredited according to AMS 2750 and CQI-9 standards by PRI (Performance Review Institute, GE sub.) 

In Berdan's surface treatment facilities, it is able to apply hot-dipped galvanization, electro galvanization, zinc flake coatings etc. With a Berdan patented special method, acid cleaning was removed into hot-dipped galvanization processes and under favor of that Berdan eliminated hydrogen embrittlement risk on hot-dipped galvanized 10.9 grade and high strength fasteners.

In Berdan's accredited test laboratory, it is able to apply 20 different tests and analyses. Berdan Cıvata has 500 tons capacity Europe's strongest tensile test device (patented by Berdan) and 30.000 N/m capacity one of two Europe's strongest torque friction test device, in it's laboratory inventory. Thus, Berdan is able to apply a fully body tensile test to M72 diameter, 10.9 grade bolts. Also Berdan has a special and corrected torque table which is provided to it's clients accordance with an order involved a torque friction (K1/K2) test.
