I have worked for startups and growth level companies for the past +5 years where I have designed and implemented their customer experience journeys. The process starts from effective an personal onboarding and continues to a joint impact plan which allows us to find out what a successful experience looks like from the customer's perspective.
Most recently, I worked with Lyfta Education, an immersive learning platform that utilized XR, 360-images & videos to create rich experiences to both children and adults.
