Proposal preparation and partner in exploitation

INCOTEC offers integrated Horizon Europe project management services, encompassing the coordination and writing of competitive proposals and the overall management of running projects with its PMO. INCOTEC has a excellent track record in Horizon europe and LIFE programme.

Moreover, INCOTEC is involved as partner in a number of Horizon Europe and H2020 projects related to test beds (i.e LEE BED, LIGHT ME, INN PRESSM) as well as to EeB (i.e PRELUDE) or SPIRE (i.e IWAYS) .INCOTEC participates in the development of Business plan, of the ecosystem and its penetration strategies, the definition of a commercialization model and an exploitation route of the ecosystem and the design and realisation of appropriate measurements for facilitation of access to funding for the potential clients of the ecosystem. INCOTEC is also developing a financing plan to help the owners of the Test beds in securing the private and public capital needed to leverage the outcomes of the project.
