We focus on optimising machinery and manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality for various industries. Our expertise is battery manufacturing using laser cutting including cell assembly and testing. In addition, we are experts in process optimisation and simulation including but not limitation to process scale-up for the battery industry.

Our expertise is in

  • Applying laser processing for cell assembly

  • Prototyping cells and cell assembly in pouch cell format in the Ah-range

  • Equipping processes with sensors and use them to optimize that process

  • Simulation-based techno-economic analysis of process chains

We have equipment such as

  • Semi-automated and manual cell assembly line

  • Various laser sources for laser processing

  • Electrochemical testing equipment (cyclers, EIS, climate chambers)

  • Keyence optical microscope, SEM/EDX

  • Fully equipped mechanical workshop to produce parts for prototype devices.

  • Mixer and coater for slurry preparation (in ramp up phase, ready by autumn 2024)
