Specialized in robotics for micro-handling and micro-assembly, Percipio offers several solutions to grab and place your smallest components.
Tulipgripper, the latest of these, has been designed to combine the possibility to grab submillimetric components -from 50µm in size- and the robustness of an industrial element.
It is therefore used for fast-speed applications, in which acceleration is a key.
Gripping stroke: 650µm
Grasping force: 500 mN max.
Perfect for your components even the most fragile ones.
It also offers absolute versatility regarding the objects to be grabbed: end tips can be customized in shape, material, and dimensions and changed within seconds.
User friendly software interface, TCP/IP and USB protocols for easy integration.
