We present an innovative smart sensor solution that is compact and easy to use. This sensor has the remarkable ability to collect three essential types of information: motion, temperature and humidity. These three types of data can be used in a variety of ways, not least by integrating the sensor into an industrial machine.

We provide you with sophisticated software that allows intuitive configuration of the sensor while providing an easy-to-use interface for monitoring the collected information with real-time visualization of the data.

FOR EASY SUPERVISION

It can learn a manufacturing sequence, perform a part count, and even detect anomalies that occur during a production cycle, such as a defective part or an interruption. Thanks to the learned sequence, the sensor can help improve the quality of the manufacturing process by identifying potential errors. It also offers the possibility of calculating the Synthetic Efficiency Ratio (SER), defined as the actual production divided by the theoretical maximum production, thus allowing an in-depth assessment of the machine's performance.
