Description : an extra virgin olive oil balanced in terms of taste and smell. This oil, due to these characteristics, belongs to the medium fruity category and perfectly interprets the Calabrian character of its olives, generous, open and intense.

Sensory notes : this oil is clear, with a beautiful intense golden yellow color with subtle green reflections. The scent is broad and enveloping and releases fruity hints of green grass and white apple which match perfectly with its elegant and complex taste: both a bitter and spicy note, both well balanced.

Pairings : perfect with hot dishes that release its range of fragrances but also suitable to be enjoyed raw on vegetables, fish and meats of all kinds.
