About me
What does Bacco mean to me? The desire for redemption of a land, the passion for tradition, the will to innovate and the ambition to share the flavors that the Etna area gives us on tables around the world. Doing business in Sicily is not only an opportunity to improve excellence, but also to give a chance and a future to young people who are increasingly more skilled, competent and with a great desire to do.
We are particularly attentive to control of the entire supply chain: from the strictly hand harvest of Bronte pistachio, to processing and the finished product.
Tradition and innovation are an inseparable pair! The precious and extraordinary dried fruit harvested in the Bronte countryside on the slopes of Etna encounters in Bacco the wisdom of craftsmanship and the use of increasingly advanced machinery to ensure an extremely tasty, healthy and genuine finished product.
The company keeps on having an artisan soul by working by hand during many stages of production: from the size and glazing of the panettone, to the smoothing of the nougat or to give the typical irregular shape to each individual almond and pistachio paste.
