We are particularly attentive to control of the entire supply chain: from the strictly hand harvest of Bronte pistachio, to processing and the finished product.

The precious and extraordinary dried fruit harvested in the Bronte countryside on the slopes of Etna encounters in Bacco the wisdom of craftsmanship and the use of increasingly advanced machinery to ensure an extremely tasty, healthy and genuine finished product.

The company keeps on having an artisan soul by working by hand during many stages of production: from the size and glazing of the panettone, to the smoothing of the nougat or to give the typical irregular shape to each individual almond and pistachio paste.
