the company was founded in 1989. The vineyards in production of our company are located: Stromboli, Lipari, Salina, in total there are 20 hectares divided into 30 plots, the production is mainly Malvasia, Corinto Nero and Nerello Mascalese.

Technology helps us control temperatures, decanting and nothing else. Our sulfitations leave very low residues - lower than the maximum limits allowed by legislation for organic wines - since we use as little sulphite as possible.The filtrations are very light. We often don't do them on reds. By choice, we do not use selected yeasts. To do so would mean depriving the wine of its deep connection with the territory.Each wine must be able to express its peculiarity to the maximum, linked to the vineyard, the exposure, the development of the vegetative cycle of the plants. For some small quantities of Malvasia and black corinth grapes we make macerations in amphora.

We defined the location of each vineyard and the choice of cultivar based on the soil and climate conditions and also taking into account the historical vines already acclimatized in those soils in the past.
