About

Umbrian cuisine and food and wine is the result of the influences of two ancient civilizations, Etruscan and Roman, which over the centuries have made it simple and healthy, but at the same time rich and tasty. In fact, even today there is a wide use of legumes and cereals, especially wheat and spelt, which are the basis of many ancient recipes.

Guests will be able to live an engaging experience during which they will learn the secrets of homemade pasta, the true essence of Italian culinary tradition. We will make various types of preparations: the classic Umbrian torta al testo and umbricelli. Guests will be welcomed with a welcome aperitif, during which the company and the products suitable for the various preparations of the course will be presented, the various types of wheat grown on the farm, then the actual cooking class will take place. The day will end with a lunch based on the dishes prepared during the course.
