Meet your passionate olive oil maker and take the chance to learn more about the various cultivars present, the importance of biodiversity and our sustainable production method. Then, you will proceed to the tasting of delicious extra virgin olive oil on artisan bread accompanied by local cheeses (Provolone Podolico) and Tricarico’s Traditional Salami, during the tasting learn more curiosities about olive oil production traditions.
