Our office is open all year round, with reduced hours in the winter period, in order to offer assistance to private customers, support in hosting large events, both artistic and sporting, through direct contact or via computerized systems with access to the consortium website constantly updated in real time.

It also deals with coordinating and facilitating relationships with Tour Operators and Travel Agencies, both in active mode, i.e. acting as a direct contact person, and in proactive mode in order to find Partners in the Lignano Sabbiadoro area for a targeted collaboration.

Relationships can take place either occasionally via telephone or email contact, both for individuals and groups, being able to offer accommodation-only solutions but also integrated solutions with excursions and sporting and/or cultural activities.

In the case of consolidated relationships, it also makes use of a dedicated B2B booking engine, which allows the autonomous identification and booking of the most suitable holiday solutions for customers
