About me
Our hotel is a family owned business with 30 rooms located in Palmanova's wonderful Piazza, right next to the Duomo. Palmanova is a UNESCO site mostly known for it's unique star shape walls that surround the town and make it a one of a kind fortress. Hotel ai Dogi has a private parking and bike garage with the possibility to charge e-bikes, nontheless is located only a 10 minutes walk away from the train station.
The rooms have a classic design, with the custom made decor being inspired by the town's Venetian heritage.
Our hotel's main goal is to offer a relaxed and paceful stay in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, 20 minutes away from the seaside and from the Gorizian Collio where most of friulian wine is produced.
The main pillar of Hotel ai Dogi is tough sustainability, this year, thanks to the European funded program ETG2030, we were able to proudly achive the GSTC certification. This is the reward of years of hard work focusing on sustainability management. From renewable energy to power the hotel, to the locally sourced produce that we use daily in our breakfast, Hotel ai Dogi biggest pride is Friuli itself.
