About
Current vintage: 2021 / Varieties: Monastrell 100%
Viticulture: Plot located in high area, with white clay soil. 100% native yeast, 50% permanent cover crop.
Oenology: Fermentation and maceration with native yeast in stainless steel controlled temperature tanks. After alcoholic fermentation the wine is aged in foudre for at least 12 months.
Tasting notes: Notes of black cherries, blueberries, currants, earth and baking spices. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins. Dark, with black-fruit and spicy character all the way through. Peppery finish with excellent length.
