We produce wines under the Denomination of Origin Valencia, Utiel-Requena, and Cava. We are famous for producing the best sparkling wine in Spain, Cava, using the traditional champenoise method. For white and rose wine we use Galileo spheric tanks made from concrete. These help us obtain fuller body and higher-quality wines. For red wines, we only use new French oak barrels. Bobos Finca Casa La Borracha is the most exquisite velvet-like red wine made from Bobal grapes you can find in Spain.
