An economist from Gdynia, PhD in the field of Social Sciences in the discipline of Security Sciences, specializing in National Security. Graduate of postgraduate studies in ethnology and cultural anthropology (Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń - 2024). Specializes in the area of CIMIC, energy security of the state, safety of life at sea, leadership and culture protection. A veteran of operations abroad (Multinational Division Central-Sought Iraq 2005 and 2006, ISAF Afghanistan 2010), where he served as a civilian advisor in CIMIC Group and to the Commander of the MND CS for economic development and a specialist for the development of local government structures in the US-POL Provincial Reconstruction Team (Eng. PRT). Member of the city authorities of Gdynia - Councilor of the District Council for the 2003-06, Councilor and Chairman of the District Council in the years 2007-2010 and 2011 - 2014. In the years 2006-2012 associated with the Tri-City IT business. Founder and active member of non-governmental organizations. President of the Association of Security Studies and Analyzes and a founding member of the Polish Water Rescue Federation. Instructor and lifeguard of Water Rescue, Instructor BLS and AED, scuba diver and motor boat skipper.
