Expertise in Economics and Entrepreneurship

As a dedicated researcher in the Field of Economics and Entrepreneurship, I can bring a wealth of expertise. My academic and professional work centers on evaluating progress toward the quality of employment and decent work, ethical responsibility and digital transformation of work, and assessing the impact of human resource development practices on a company’s performance. I am the author or co-author of 20 publications (13 publications are included in SCOPUS and Web of Science) and have given presentations at 21 international scientific conferences in Latvia and abroad. I have been delivering lectures on corporate social responsibility, the psychology of work groups, and human resource management, and  also developed the study course "Academic Writing." I have participated in several research projects, including the European Social Fund Project “Strengthening of Academic Staff of Riga Technical University in Strategic Specialization Areas” Nr. 8.2.2.0/18/A/017 (2019–2020), and “The Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Latvia in Compliance with the Smart Specialization Strategy” (NRP EKOSOC-LV)”(2015-2017)
