Proallium
About
Proallium is a blend of plant-based ingredients composed by garlic and onion extracts with antioxidant and preservative properties. It aromatizes and increases the shelf life of sauces, dressings, salads and ready-to-eat meals. Proallium is particularly intended for products that naturally include garlic/onion in its recipe or dishes with strong organoleptic profile (ethnic sauces, spicy dishes, aromatic dressings).
Proallium (even at quite low dosages) acts as a formidable clean label preservative and antioxidant providing very fine garlic/onion notes. Organosulfur compounds present in garlic and onion behave as mighty natural antimicrobials against bacteria, moulds and yeasts.
