About

We seek to join forces between companies, research centers, and public entities to address the technological, regulatory, and commercial challenges in the development and production of sustainable bioingredients for use in human food, animal feed, cosmetics, and active packaging.

Research and Development (R&D): Development of new bioingredients from natural raw materials, agro-industrial byproducts, and biotechnology.

Sustainability and Circular Economy: Optimization of waste utilization and reduction of the environmental footprint in the production chain.

Industrial Scaling and Commercialization: Implementation of efficient production processes, complying with health and safety regulations.

Regulation and Legislation: Regulatory compliance in target markets, especially in the EU.

Application Examples:

Human Food: Alternative proteins, fermented foods, prebiotics, natural antioxidants.
