About

CETENMA is a research center (private non-profit) working in the fields of environment and energy. It was set up to support companies with technological research, development and innovation in all areas relating to Energy (Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Bioenergy) and the Environment (Water tech. and waste valorisation), thereby assisting them in becoming more competitive. Currently, CETENMA counts with 38 associated companies (60% SMEs) from the environmental sector which represents 2700 jobs and 367 million € annual turnover. CETENMA also works in collaboration with regional city halls and regional public entities, helping to develop their strategies towards sustainability, as is the case of the Municipality of Murcia, in which CETENMA has helped to prepare important documents as its Climate Change Mitigation Document and its Strategy of Circular Economy
