Arctic Cluster Team (ACT) is a leading industrial cluster in Northern Norway with more than 100 members. The cluster brings together major industrial and technological companies with extensive experience competing both nationally and internationally. These companies play a crucial role in employment and value creation in the region.
ACT focuses on five key working groups:

ACT is part of the national Norwegian Innovation Clusters programme, organized by Innovation Norway in collaboration with Siva (The Industrial Development Corporation of Norway) and the Norwegian Research Council.
The cluster is managed by Kunnskapsparken Helgeland (KPH), an innovation company responsible for running ACT’s projects. KPH works to increase sustainability, value creation, and business growth in the Helgeland region. As part of Siva’s national innovation network, KPH has a strong industry network and a track record of successful projects, making it well-positioned to support ACT’s work.
