Nicolas Argento

Hychico, founded in 2006, focuses on power generation from renewable sources, hydrogen and oxygen production. With over 15 years of experience, its goals include advancing hydrogen research, supplying renewable energy for the energy transition, and developing large-scale H2 production plants in South America. The company is active in the H2AR consortium and has joined H2Chile with its affiliate, Hynewgen. It has also participated in the IEA Hydrogen TCP since 2018. Hychico’s facilities include a 600 kW H2 plant, two wind farms (34 MW) and an underground hydrogen storage facility connected to a 2.3 km h2-pipeline.
