Since embarking on my journey as a research assistant, my primary focus has centered on the realm of nanofabrication, exploring the synergy between inorganic and organic materials to forge innovative solutions. Throughout my doctoral studies and subsequent role as a postdoctoral researcher, I gained expertise in a diverse range of nanoimaging techniques (atomic force, scanning electron, transmission electron, dark field microscopy) and spectroscopic methods (circular dichroism, UV-Vis, dynamic light scattering, Raman). Additionally, I am well-versed in different lithographic methods (electron beam, UV lithography), simulations of plasmonic nanostructures (Finite element method in Comsol and Finite difference Time Domain in Lumerical), synthesis and functionalization of metallic nanoparticles, and assembling metallic nanoparticle-DNA-based hybrid nanostructures. A notable facet of my contributions includes pioneering a novel lithography method called DNA-Assisted LIthography (DALI), which combines structural DNA nanotechnology with conventional lithography. In essence, my professional journey has been characterized by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of nanofabrication and -assembly, with a particular emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches and cutting-edge methodologies.
