About me
Marco Szalay is the Director of Quantum Engineering at ParTec AG. He earned his PhD in experimental high-energy physics from the Max Planck Institute, with research conducted in collaboration with CERN. He also holds a master’s degree in applied and engineering physics from TU Munich. Before joining ParTec, Marco worked as a Quantum System Engineer at Google Quantum AI for four years. With numerous publications and deep expertise in superconducting qubits and control electronics, he brings substantial experience to the field of quantum computing.
