About me
I did my undergraduate studies in Iceland and then moved to Switzerland in 2020 for my master’s studies at ETH where I studied Quantum Engineering. During my time at ETH, I first came into contact with QZabre where I did a project as an intern, initially originating as a semester thesis at the Spin Physics lab. For my Master’s thesis I worked with the Trapped Ion group at ETH where my project was on an experiment doing quantum logic spectroscopy on the hydrogen molecular ion. Since May 2023 I have worked full time as a Quantum Software Engineer at QZabre where I am responsible for control software, system assembly, testing and installation.
