About me
Emma is the founder and director of Cast Design Strategy. Objective-driven and detail focussed, over the course of her 20 year career, she has influenced the strategic design directions of household names such as Verizon, Zippo, Panasonic and Harrods. In previous roles at esteemed London design studios Pentagram and Seymourpowell, she worked across a diverse range of projects in hardware, digital, brand, transport, retail and packaging.
In-house at Sky, she lead design and innovation research, insight and strategy, bridging the pillars of the design and product management teams, whilst also collaborating teams in Sky’s parent company, Comcast. Her work had c-suite impact on the future of flagship Sky products such as Entertainment OS, Glass, Sky Live and Mvmnt.
Using custom research programmes, expert knowledge and analysis, Emma is dedicated to delivering experiences that expand businesses capabilities and differentiates them from their competitors, in ways that customers love.
