Using high quality spheroidal graphite cast iron in its products, MOTUS has succeeded in producing world class quality cast iron crankshaft within standard size tolerances with the advanced technology applied for the first time in our country as a result of the work of expert metallurgical engineers.

Thanks to the fully automatic CNC grinding machines (robot) imported from Europe and included in the production line, MOTUS has increased its quality even more by producing at a very low error rate (0.1%).

Starting its production with crankshafts suitable for heavy vehicle, construction equipment and heavy industry engines, MOTUS has also added crankshafts for passenger and commercial vehicle engines to its product range.

It produces crankshaft and construction equipment Scraper-Protective Parts in its facilities with a factory area of 20.000 m2 and exports to 6 continents, the majority of its production is to Europe.

The main goal of MOTUS, which constantly follows and uses innovative technologies to produce high quality crankshafts above the standards, is to make the cooperation based on mutual trust sustainable with its customers and dealers. For this purpose, it maintains an equipped SSH team in Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Adana and Konya regions to meet the technical support requests of its customers.
