About

Welcome to La p'tite brasserie de Provence, where every recipe is the result of a close collaboration with small local businesses, in line with our CSR approach. Explore our range of small artisanal organic beers, designed with accent and passion:

1. La p'tite Blonde: Our Blonde embodies all the friendliness of Provence with its subtle notes of cereals, straw and biscuits, obtained thanks to our privileged partnership with a small local malt house, of which our master brewer is co-founder. Light in bitterness, it evokes the gentle sunny landscapes of the region. Pair it with a platter of fine Provencal cheeses for an authentic experience, highlighting the richness of our terroir.

2. La p'tite Blanche: Inspired by Belgian brewing traditions, our White is a harmonious fusion of fresh citrus, coriander and cumin, from our collaboration with a small local herbalist. Its freshness and delicate aromas are supported by the oats and wheat that make up the recipe. Serve it with grilled seafood and a crunchy vegetable salad for a burst of Mediterranean flavors.

3. La p'tite Ambrée: Our Amber was developed thanks to the brews we made for the Var Chestnut Producers' Union. It reveals rich and comforting flavors of chestnut and malt. Its copper hues and slightly smoky notes evoke the sweet autumn evenings in Provence. Pair it with a spicy Provençal stew and roasted potatoes for an unforgettable gustatory experience, both warm and friendly.

4. La p'tite IPA: Brewed in collaboration with a small hop cooperative, our IPA offers a unique sensory journey with its intense aromas of yellow grapefruit and white tea. Its subtle and fleeting bitterness, its freshness make it an ideal beer to accompany spicy dishes. Serve it with a spicy vegetable curry and basmati rice for a burst of exotic flavors.

5. La p'tite Triple: Our Triple was crafted with remarkable mastery of technique. It seduces with its complexity and power. Its candy notes and robust character recall abbey recipes and make it a perfect beer to accompany rich and tasty dishes. Pair it with a platter of aged cheeses, dried fruits and artisanal jams for a refined and generous gustatory experience, to share with friends.

6. Le p'tite Rosée: In a nod to Provence rosé wine, our Rosé skillfully combines cherry and strawberry aromas from a small aromatician in Grasse, with a subtle touch of stevia from a small producer next to the brewery, for a balanced sweetness. Light and refreshing, it is ideal for accompanying moments of conviviality. Serve it with a fresh fruit salad and a strawberry tart, a Tropezienne tart, for a gourmet and refreshing summer experience.

Discover our La p'tite range, in 6 recipes, in 33cl and 75cl with mechanical cap, where each beer tells a story of terroir and passion, for small authentic and simple tasting moments.
