About me
Liesbeth Veldman MSc studied Nutrition and Health at the University of Wageningen specializing in pharmacological aspects of nutrition and herbal products. She graduated on her master thesis on the anti-diabetic effects of Huang Lian Jie Du Decoction and researched as an intern the working mechanism of four herbal products in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Currently she is working as a researcher at the University of Applied Sciences Leiden.
