• With the "fabelhaft" community management concept, we offer curated living spaces for shared activities and personal development of the tenant community in the 60+ target group. 

• Numerous activities are offered on community areas within the property and on external spaces. The community areas can also be used by the community members themselves. 

• The community members communicate via the "fabelhaft" app; all offers, services, and self-organized member activities can be initiated and booked in the app. 

• Each local "fabelhaft" community is actively supported by the "fabelhaft" central office. This allows a compact team on-site to offer and initiate a wide range of activities and services. 

• This creates a lot of activity and community in the "fabelhaft" community at affordable costs.
