Jinping Lu

Mr Lu Jin Ping is currently the President of American Concrete Institute - Singapore Chapter and the Chairman of Asia Laboratories Pte Ltd, Singapore.  Mr Lu founded Admaterials Technologies Pte Ltd in 2008 and under his leadership and management, the company developed so fast that after only 8 years the company  was successfully acquired by Element Materials, one of the global leading TIC groups and last year Element Group was acquired 100% by Temasek Holding Singapore. Mr Lu has more than 30 years of experience working in areas of research & development, testing and technical consultancy for construction materials. He was a Lecturer in the department of construction materials at Tongji University China from 1988-1994.. Mr Lu serves as Advisory Committee member of Temasek Polytechnic, School of Applied Science and Member of Board of Directors, International Congress on Polymers in Concrete (ICPIC).  Mr Lu has also presented more than 50 papers at various international conferences in the region and has published articles on testing, performance and research on construction materials. He is the lead auditor for certification of Ready-Mix Concrete Products by Singapore Accreditation Council.  He received five years’ service award of dedicated voluntary service to the community from People’s Association and Merit Award from Spring Singapore for Meritorious service and contribution to the Singapore National Standardisation Programme.  He was the co-author of the book “ Multifunctional Concrete Technology” published in 2022.

As President of the Singapore Chapter, Mr. Lu Jin Ping is responsible for overseeing the organization's activities, including technical seminars, workshops, certification programs, and other events that promote the advancement of concrete technology in Singapore and the wider region. He works closely with other members of the Singapore Chapter Executive Committee and the ACI International to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of the latest developments and trends in concrete technology.

Mr. Lu Jin Ping is a respected figure in the concrete industry and has a wealth of experience in the field. He is committed to promoting excellence in concrete design and construction, and to encouraging young professionals to pursue careers in this exciting and dynamic industry.
