About me

Romy Sigl is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder of COWORKINGSALZBURG, a vibrant hub for startups, freelancers, and innovators in Austria. Since its establishment in 2012, the space has become a beacon of collaboration and creativity, fostering groundbreaking ideas and entrepreneurial success.

Her international journey began with the launch of the Coworking Camps in 2014, a series of retreats designed to unite professionals from diverse fields in inspiring settings. In 2016, she was selected for the prestigious YTILI Program, which took her to the USA to engage with entrepreneurial leaders and build transatlantic connections.

In 2024, Romy reached a new milestone by launching the DWYL Do What You Love Incubation Program, selecting the top startups and taking them to Saudi Arabia. There, these emerging businesses pitched on the international stage and had the unique opportunity to meet Princess Lulwa Alsaud, highlighting their innovative ideas in a global arena.

Romy is celebrated for her ability to connect people, foster authentic communities, and inspire action. From spearheading the Startup Salzburg Weekend to exploring the future of work with the New Work 2035 study, her initiatives are as innovative as they are impactful.

With her relentless drive to empower others and bridge industries and cultures, Romy has established herself as a leader in the coworking and entrepreneurial world, always championing collaboration and creativity.
