Talk Introduction
Reduction to the essentials is today's formula for success in the multitude of options and paths we can choose every day. By leaving things out, goals are achieved faster, and we end up happier. Innovation means above all 'lightness', not only in mountaineering, but in all areas of life. But why do we find it so difficult to leave things out? Benedikt Böhm looks at today's way of business from the perspective of an extreme mountaineer. What role does speed play in minimizing risk, but also patience and flexibility in large projects. How do we behave in absolute extreme situations and what role do fear and courage play? Böhm understands to build the bridge from the extreme to the business world.
