Eliar Elektronik San. A.Ş is an SME that was founded in Istanbul, Turkey in 1984. Eliar has adopted the mission of product/system development with multidisciplinary R&D studies for the Industrial Automation for the textile sector. Industrial Control Devices, Industrial Software and Mechatronic Systems are produced in Eliar. For this reason, there are teams working on Hardware and Smart Sensors, Embedded, Desktop and Mobile Software, Mechatronics / Robotic Systems, Control Engineering, Machine Learning and Data Science in the company. Devices and systems that have been designed, and developed by Eliar, are being operated successfully in many countries across Asia, Europe, Central and South America, Middle-East and Africa. Making R&D studies sustainable and ensuring continuous improvement constitute the most important agenda of Eliar. For this purpose, efforts to be included in the international R&D ecosystem continue. In this context, we are currently taking part in international projects that is actively carried out. Our product families are below: 1. Sensors and smart sensors: pressure, magnetic, conductivity, absorbance, flow 2. Hardware: Input and output modules, PLCs, machine controllers-operator panels. 3. Software: Embedded software for sensors and PLCs, controllers. Web/Desktop based SCADA and MES ( Manufacturing Execution System ) applications, ERP integration. 4. Mechatronics: Machines, electronics and software for robotic weighting and distribution of chemicals and dyes. Apart from the competencies required to design and develop the products listed above, our R&D activities that will produce the results to be applied to these products are listed below: 1. Computer engineering: Web&mobile application design and development, relational and time-series database technologies, Linux, microservices, containerization, UI/UX, product development platforms and tools. 2. Control engineering: Process control technologies, PLC programming-Codesys, industrial communication protocols, network technologies. 3. Hardware and mechanics engineering: Following current technologies, prototype production and robotics. 4. Industry 4.0: No code or low code platforms, smart sensors, data warehouses, big data, data mining, machine learning, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, control theory.
