[Background] Marta Díez Fernández (MRes Financial Computing at UCL) and Sergio Álvarez Teleña (Honorary Research Associate at UCL with a PhD supervised by Renaissance Technologies’ CEO in Europe) are the co-founders of SciTheWorld Group (2015). It is composed by a Centre of Excellence (CoE) and a technology consultancy (41OPS). The former is pioneer in Transformation Theory and the latter proves such a theory by deploying Transformation Technology across industries. Hence, through both, they reach novel, robust and impactful efficiencies - mostly, through state-of-the-art ERPs and sensitive ML projects.

[Clients] SciTheWorld Group has serviced a wide span of companies (from hedge funds to logistics), national agents (including Bank of England through UCL), and supranational agents (from IDB to OTAN through UNESCO and OECD). During this quarter it is being onboarded to boost the transformation of Santander AM (CIO), Acciona Infraestructuras (CEO) and CEPSA (CSO). 41OPS is currently further responsible for the analytics of BBVA Italia (BBVA’s digital bank), the AI of a cyber security consortium within INCIBE’s digital ventures and Santander CIB’s main API service. Further, it is the leader of algorithmics at Alastria (the Spanish consortium for blockchain).
