Your Hospitality Manager manages day-to-day operations. This includes welcoming and assisting staff, handling requests and communicating the service on site - but also on the digital platform. The Hospitality Manager develops the service portfolio in consultation with the customer.

The Hospitality Manager is fully responsible for employee satisfaction. We measure and evaluate success in the following areas:

1. Customer satisfaction (the ability to perform to the full satisfaction of the customer)
