Alice Repetti

Driven by curiosity and optimism, I specialize in transforming ideas into reality. Most recently, I was responsible to design and execute the long-term diversification strategy of Baloise Insurance, with the aim to create new revenue streams and new experiences for customers. Previously, I spent over 5 years in consulting where I supported large enterprises innovate their products and steer change management innovation strategies. I have built two companies from the ground-up in the field of corporate innovation and worked as lecturer and mentor at ETHZ.

Having lived and worked across four continents, I've been shaped by people with diverse backgrounds, passions and histories - an ongoing source of energy and inspiration for my work.  Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two, an addictive board games player and an avid reader (sometimes writer) of crime novels.
