Speaker:
Michelle Wiki - lawyer and co-founder of the Wenger Vieli Start-up Desk, specializes in guiding start-ups through all stages, from incorporation to exit, and advising investors on Swiss start-ups. She is dedicated to promoting female founders and also provides legal support to athletes, sports clubs, and associations, drawing on her experience as a former professional athlete. Her expertise includes venture capital, private equity, and M&A.

Jonas Bühlmann - specializes in national and international tax law. He advises in particular on company acquisitions and mergers, reorganizations, restructuring, and real estate matters. In his professional career, he often works with start-ups, whether in the context of restructurings or acquisitions, offering expert tax advisory services.
