Workshop Description:
In this session, the participants will gain an overview of the diverse forms of financing in the life cycle of a company. In addition, participants will gain further insights into the fundraising process itself: its relevance, how to prepare for it, what to pay attention to, which success factors play a relevant role, what to avoid and which documents are relevant to the process. Special consideration will be paid to the expectations of investors.
