Dubravko Stazić

I was born in the small town of Koprivnica in Croatia in 1982. I finished elementary school there, I attended and finished high school in the town of Bjelovar as a chef with excellent results, and after finishing school as a young person I moved from my parents to Istria, more precisely the city of Poreč. there I worked for large companies such as Valamar Maistra and several top private restaurants and facilities. I developed excellently in that job and became the head of the kitchen in 2010 for the first time. already at the very beginning of my career in the kitchen, various innovations came to my mind, and my first creation, which is currently on the market, was a semi-food product called cipollino, and due to a bad partner and appropriation of the innovation that I had designed, I left the whole that story, but the original recipe is still in my head and unfortunately he produces a prototype and not the final product. within a few years I decided to change my location and I went with my wife to Germany and started working as a kitchen manager in a hotel, and one of my old ideas related to chef's clothing, its appearance and use, came to me and I decided to continue with it. It is a design that is totally different from everything that exists on the market and allows chefs to be in clean uniforms even after several hours of work if they are doing show cooking in front of guests or have to go out in front of guests, there are various situations where you have to have a top-notch appearance, namely the front side the blouse can be completely removed and turned to the other or clean side within a few seconds or it can be replaced with some additional protection that the chef can additionally purchase or combine with other blouses he has. women's protection is different from men's and represents the appearance of a small dress, which is also why it is interesting. since this is our first design and three more are in preparation.
