Mostafa Barani

We are the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Our research group comprises experts specializing in various aspects of energy systems, including renewable energy technologies, energy markets, energy system modelling, the power and gas sectors, and the transportation sector. We have conducted research ranging from small-scale analyses of individual building energy systems to comprehensive studies of Europe’s energy transition. Our team is highly active in European research initiatives, currently participating in over twenty European and national projects.
