GREENCHAR
About
Greenchar is biochar, i.e. a vegetal carbon that can be used in agriculture as a soil improver for improving soils, but which has other possible uses in the purification of polluted water, in the use of additives to replace carbon black in tyres, in the replacement of coke in steel mills, in bitumen additives. In each of the applications where biochar replaces a carbonaceous product deriving from fossil fuels, a reduction in the carbon footprint is achieved. In fact, biochar is suitable for generating carbon credits for the reduction of CO2 emissions.
