Habitech performs a wide range of sustainability services for the built environment:

• GREEN BUILDING RATING SYSTEMS: LEED, BREEAM, WELL
  LEED CERTIFICATION: voluntary and independent sustainability measurement tool for constructions among the most widely used internationally. Habitech introduced LEED in Italy and became a leader in Europe. To date, Habitech holds the highest share of certified projects in Italy having supported more than 30% of LEED certified projects. Habitech is accredited as a LEED Proven Provide
  WELL CERTIFICATION: new international protocol that certifies the level of health and well-being of those who stay and live in built environments. This protocol (designed to be applicable on any building) is based on a system of measuring, certifying and monitoring all aspects of a building that may impact the health and well- being of its occupants. Habitech is accredited as a WELL Performance Testing Organization.
  BREEAM CERTIFICATION: protocol marked by the peculiarities of European real estate heritage, is recognized as one of the world's leading sustainability certifications. Habitech was responsible for organizing the first BREEAM training in Italy and today has a team of specialized professionals (Assessors) and a BREEAM AP. Habitech is accredited as a BREEAM Licensed Assessor Company.

• ARCA CERTIFICATION: first certification system for wood constructions. Its protocol guarantees durability, safety against earthquake and fire, energy savings, sustainability, materials, and healthiness of timber buildings. Habitech is ARCA managing authority and takes over the certification process through a dedicated staff. +100 certified buildings in 10 years.

• DECARBONIZATION SERVICES: we offer services for analysis, assessment and definition of decarbonization strategies, energy audits, LCA and LCC as well as corporate carbon footprint for a zero-emission future.

• ESG analysis and EU-Taxonomy compliance for buildings and real estate assets: we offer services to analyse, assess and monitor environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies for real estate assets: ESG Management in Outsourcing, ESG Analysis in real estate, Sustainability Due Diligence and Taxonomy.

• Comunication and Dissemination management in order to effectively promote and share outcomes, analysis of stakeholder engagement, training and event management.
