Solar-powered solutions to transform industrial waste into resources
About
Alhomna Systems is pioneering sustainable industrial solutions by harnessing solar energy for waste valorization. Our core innovation focuses on the dehydration of industrial and municipal effluents, reducing waste volume by 70-80% and transforming it into valuable byproducts like biofertilizers and clean water. By replacing energy-intensive processes with solar-driven alternatives, we provide industries and municipalities with a cost-effective, eco-friendly solution that aligns with circular economy principles. Our current focus is scaling up our prototype for industrial deployment in 2025, with a strong emphasis on international markets, including sustainable agriculture and waste management projects in developing regions such as Senegal.
Solar-Powered Dehydration Module
Our product is an industrial-scale solar-powered dehydration module designed to efficiently reduce liquid waste volumes while generating valuable byproducts.
Key Features:
-
Capacity: Capable of evaporating 300L of water per sunny day on average.
-
Structure: Composed of a 12-meter-long conveyor reactor.
-
Solar Technology: Utilizes cylindro-parabolic sun collectors to maximize thermal efficiency.
-
Footprint: Occupies 54m² on the ground, optimizing space efficiency for industrial use.
-
Output: Produces distilled water and dehydrated organic matter, which can be used as biofertilizers or further processed.
This innovative approach enables industries and municipalities to significantly reduce waste disposal costs, improve sustainability metrics, and align with circular economy goals.
