About me
After graduating from Hasselt University in 2002, I began my career as a Training & Quality Manager at Transcom, a contact center within the Swedish Kinnevik Investment Group. Over time, I advanced to the position of Global Account Manager and, in 2008, assumed the roles of Administrator and Country Manager for Transcom Belgium. In this capacity, I successfully led the merger with the local contact center iKanbi. In 2016, I transitioned to the newly formed company as General Manager. After 15 years in the outsourcing industry, I made a career shift in 2020 and joined WE as the EuroQuity Belgium Manager. In this role, I support startups and scale-ups in securing funding by connecting them with venture capital investors.
