Rosalía Vicente Alfonso

Rosalía is specialized in internationalisation and technological cooperation. After starting her professional career in the field of international trade working for the Spanish government in Morocco and for the UNCTAD in the U.S, she joined the Spanish Innovation Agency (known as CDTI) in the MENA region, based in Tel Aviv, managing bilateral calls for funding in the framework of the Eureka Network and fostering cooperation among SMEs and R&D institutions for their participation in Horizon 2020. During more than 2 years in the field, she gained extensive experience in EU funding and internationalisation opportunities, mainly for SMEs. Back in Spain, she worked as an Innovation Consultant for a leading global R&D consultancy before joining Fundación madri+d as a member of the EEN team, where she kept on advising her clients on their internationalisation journey both from a commercial and technological perspective. Certified entrepreneurial mentor, Rosalía excels at providing advice on Internationalisation strategies, access to finance and European funds to SMEs and start-ups.
